Career Pathways

The Career Pathways Program at Social Minds Solutions helps teens and adults build the skills, confidence, and support network they need to land a job, return to school, or begin a supported internship. Through small-group coaching and hands-on practice, participants take clear, achievable steps toward independence.

Understanding the Career Pathways Program

Our Career Pathways Program is built for individuals who want to move toward employment, education, or independence, but need structured, hands-on support to get there. Sessions combine real-world skill practice with individualized coaching, so participants build habits and confidence that carry over into everyday life.

How Social Minds Solutions Nurtures Career Pathways

  • Skills that transfer beyond the workplace — into school, community, and daily life.
  • Small, coach-led groups that simulate a real workplace while allowing for individualized support and pacing.
  • A person-centered learning plan built around each participant's strengths, interests, and support needs.
  • Practical, evidence-based skill building in communication, self-regulation, and workplace readiness.
