PRISM Alliance Growth Network LGBTQ+ creates opportunities that foster the professional and personal growth of LGBTQIA+ employees and supports talent attraction efforts by Little Leaves. PRISM Alliance LGBTQ+ seeks to clearly define allyship in the LGBTQIA+ community and in our work and provide opportunities for team members to develop and grow with LGBTQIA+ knowledge. Membership is open to all employees, regardless of sexuality, sexual orientation, or gender identity/expression.
